Veronece Wun is a Vancouver lawyer fluent in English and Cantonese. Before being called to the Bar, she obtained Residential Tenancy Branch experience through Access Pro Bono, and continues to represent landlords and tenants in their dispute hearings.
Veronece also has a passion for family law, and has experience in the Provincial Court of BC and the Supreme Court of BC in matters involving spousal support, child support, property division, guardianship and parenting issues.
Some of her recent successes include:
- preventing the variation of child support for undue hardship;
- obtaining lump sum arrears for child support and extraordinary expenses; and
- reaching settlement in contentious separation matters relating to real property.
Veronece is well versed in drafting cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts and separation agreements. Her services also include drafting and updating wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements.
Veronece was called to the bar in British Columbia and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. She obtained a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and a J.D. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
