Immigration

Specht & Pryer assists people in immigrating to Canada as skilled workers, entrepreneurs, investors, self-employed persons, or sponsored family members.

Good candidates for the skilled worker category are those who have at least one year of skilled work experience, English and/or French language skills, and post-secondary education. Potential candidates for the business category, which includes entrepreneurs, investors, and self-employed persons, must have relevant business experience in the past five years. Relatives that Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor include spouses, partners, parents, grandparents, and dependant children. Orphaned brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren under the age of eighteen can also be sponsored.

We also assist people in applying to come to Canada temporarily as a foreign worker, student, or visitor.
